Stanton LLP Founder Featured in The Washington Post

Stanton LLP founder and former Judge James M. Stanton, was recently featured in a Washington Post story about the rising trend of appointing of Special Masters by Federal Judges.

Special Masters aid courts in overseeing voluminous discovery proceedings in complex commercial litigation cases, ensuring that large cases can proceed expeditiously for litigants without exhausting the court’s resources or causing delays for other cases.  

Prior to founding Stanton LLP, James M. Stanton served as Judge of the 134th Civil District Court in Dallas and practiced in the litigation section at Andrews Kurth.
