Anastasia L. Villescas

Anastasia L. Villescas

Anastasia Villescas practices law the same way she accomplishes everything in life: by staying two steps ahead of the pack.  Board certified in labor and employment law, Anastasia handles every case with remarkable efficiency and insight. She leverages her extensive subject matter knowledge and analytical abilities to help solve complex legal problems.

Anastasia handles a wide range of employment law matters for clients to protect their businesses—whether potential litigation by an employee, crafting enforceable employment contracts, or counseling clients to create policies that anticipate problems before they happen.

Prior to joining Stanton LLP, she represented management in all aspects of labor and employment law at Jackson Lewis, P.C., appearing in federal and state court and before multiple administrative government agencies.

Anastasia graduated cum laude from Baylor Law School at the age of 23, where she served on Law Review, and is one of the youngest attorneys to become board certified in labor and employment law in Texas.

Anastasia and her husband, Justin Clumpner, have two daughters, Evangeline and Genevieve, who receive a well-rounded education between their lawyer mother and art teacher father. The family attends Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Dallas. Anastasia enjoys playing trivia and quiz games, memorizing demonyms (look it up), and plans one day to see the Northern Lights despite her aversion to cold.

They listen rather than talk. They empathize rather than sympathize. They are a partner rather
