Brandon A. Fuqua
Brandon A. Fuqua advises clients in all aspects of business disputes and investigations. Brandon litigates matters in U.S. state and federal trial courts for diverse matters involving allegations of fraud, breach of contract, bad faith, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent misrepresentation, and unequal pay. Brandon also has substantial experience in managing investigations for companies, board committees, and individual directors relating to whistleblower allegations, employment discrimination, and issues implicating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Prior to joining Stanton LLP, Brandon practiced in the commercial litigation and disputes section of Sidley Austin LLP. Brandon received his undergraduate degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and serves on the Alumni Admissions Advisory Committee. After graduating from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University where he served as Managing Editor of the SMU Law Review, Brandon clerked for the Honorable Douglas S. Lang of the Texas Fifth Court of Appeals.
Brandon and his wife Abby, Director of Business Development at Venturity Financial Partners, are active in the community, supporting political and philanthropic causes. They are connoisseurs of new music, great cooking, and interesting conversation.
