Hunter Walton

Hunter is dedicated to accomplishing his clients’ goals with professionalism and efficiency. He has represented clients in a broad variety of legal matters, including professional licensure defense, construction defect claims, healthcare and medical malpractice, premises liability and retail law in federal and state courts.

Hunter graduated from SMU Dedman School of Law where he developed a passion for litigation while representing underprivileged clients in the SMU Civil Clinic. During law school, he interned with First Liberty Institute, drafting corporate white papers, non-profit compliance memorandums, and federal pleadings on complex Constitutional Law and First Amendment matters. Hunter attended Texas A&M University where he earned his degree in Political Science and completed a post-graduate program at the Kanakuk Institute focused on developing business leadership skills, based on discipline, honesty, and hard work.

A native Texan, Hunter was born in Fort Worth, raised in Grapevine, and resides in Dallas. Outside of the office, he can be found waterfowl hunting, hiking, or exploring the park with his wife Rachel, daughter Rainey, and dog Moses. A true Aggie, he enjoys attending Texas A&M sporting events. Hunter and Rachel are proud members of Normandy Community Church located in Lake Highlands.
