Lindsay focuses on common sense solutions to complicated problems. Her efficiency and ability to provide complex legal analysis is an asset to the Stanton team.
Prior to joining Stanton LLP, Lindsay defended complex civil litigation cases at a nationally-recognized trial firm. She is an experienced litigator in a wide variety of areas, including professional liability, construction, product liability, trademark infringement, consumer class action, trade compliance, and other complex civil litigation matters.
Lindsay graduated with honors from New York University and the University of Texas School of Law. In law school, Lindsay was a judicial intern for Senior United States District Judge David A. Ezra. Lindsay also clerked with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, where she aided in the prosecution of a widely-publicized health care fraud case. As a critical member of the trial team from investigation to sentencing, Lindsay gained an insider’s perspective into the tactics and resources the government uses to investigate and prosecute white-collar criminal matters.
Outside of her litigation practice, Lindsay is dedicated to serving the Texas community through multiple public service organizations. She is on the Board of Directors for the Texas Young Lawyers Association, where she advances the role of the legal profession in serving the public. She also is an Ex-Officio Director for the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and an Associate Member of the William “Mac” Taylor American Inn of Court.
I have benefited from the firm’s deep relationships with other lawyers and at the courthouse.
