After operating his own business for a decade, Matt Gigliotti understands what it takes to navigate the varying interests of customers, suppliers, investors, and business partners. As a member of the Stanton team, Matt addresses his client’s challenges head on with a meticulous, creative, and business-oriented approach.
Before law school, Matt began his career in public accounting while balancing a side business that soon became his full-time passion. Along the way, he negotiated deals with international suppliers, acquired a competitor, and established a sales distribution network.
While in law school, Matt served as a legal intern for Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins and clerked for the Dallas County Fifth District Court of Appeals. Upon graduating in 2018, he was awarded the Royce West Public Service Award that recognizes a student who has demonstrated a commitment to public service, utilizing his or her time and talents for the benefit of others.
Born on the east coast, Matt is proud to have grown up in southern California, and whenever he visits home, the first stop is the beach. He is the go-to person in a group to get things organized and can find a way to use a spreadsheet for just about anything. Matt cherishes time with his wife, Laura, especially when it involves a good meal and a glass of wine.
The lawyers at Stanton LLP really listen to understand our business and seem to know what we are thinking about without us having to say it.
