Wayne Arceneaux advises clients in all aspects of internal and international investigations. He has substantial experience efficiently managing teams for substantive reviews of millions of documents related to SEC enforcement actions and related class action lawsuits. Prior to joining Stanton LLP, Wayne practiced in the Securities Litigation and SEC Enforcement section of Jones Day where he advised clients on international investigations with respect to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act as well as corporate investigations involving allegations of fraud, accounting irregularities, and violations of securities regulations.
Wayne has represented clients in complex real estate transactions with emphasis on acquisitions and dispositions of office buildings, apartments, restaurants, warehouses, wineries, and golf courses located throughout the United States. He handled the first condominium conversion in Winston Salem, North Carolina and successfully argued an appellate procedure case before the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.
Wayne is an avid sports fan and enjoys skiing, swimming, and attending his grandson, Lukas’ ever-growing list of extracurricular activities.
These lawyers are smart, aggressive, risk-takers with a nose for the bottom line, and that’s why Stanton LLP will be involved in every important business decision I make for the rest of my career.
